Funds typically land in your bank in 2 business days, dropping to next-business-day after a short onboarding period. The money flows direct from Stripe to your account — you can see every payout in your Stripe dashboard.
Pass through or absorb
Two toggles in Settings: pass the BJJ Track platform fee, the Stripe processing fee, or both, on to members at checkout — or absorb them yourself. Either way, you keep 100% of the base price. Locked off automatically in jurisdictions where surcharging credit cards is illegal.
Modern checkout
Members pay with all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and ACH where available. Stripe shows the payment methods most likely to convert based on the member's device, region, and saved methods.
Fraud and disputes covered
Stripe Radar scores every transaction with adaptive machine-learning rules tuned for subscriptions. Chargebacks and disputes are handled inside the academy's Stripe dashboard with a built-in evidence builder. No extra fraud fee on top.
Where passthrough is not allowed: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, Quebec, the United Kingdom, every EU country (PSD2), and Argentina. The toggle is locked off automatically and any fees are absorbed by the gym. Where it is allowed, the surcharge is clamped at the local credit card surcharge cap (same ceiling for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex): US 3%, Canada 2.4%, Australia / New Zealand 4%.

Is there a free trial without a credit card?

Does BJJ Track support different member billing setups?
Yes. The academy billing workflow supports recurring memberships, quarterly or annual options, paid-in-full plans, one-time charges, promotions, discounts, plan changes, and proration support.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any direction, any time. Upgrading prorates immediately. Downgrading kicks in at the next billing cycle.
Do plans have member limits?
No. Every paid plan has no member cap. Plan tiers are based on included communication usage, AI Flex Credits, add-on access, and the BJJ Track platform fee, not how many members you store.
What happens if I cancel a storage add-on?
The storage stays active until the add-on fully cancels. After that, the quota drops back to the active plan and remaining add-ons. Existing files are not deleted, but uploads and shared-library copies pause if the account is over the new quota.
Can I buy two of the same storage pack?
Each exact storage pack can be active once. To add more storage, combine different pack sizes or choose the larger pack. A scheduled cancellation still counts until the billing period ends.
What counts as an AI Flex Credit?
One flex credit is used when BJJ Track runs AI for tenant work: a support answer, reply draft, conversation summary, lead analysis, image or content generation, recommendation, or automation step. A user typing a chat message is not the metered unit; the AI response or reasoning step is. Opening pages, viewing reports, writing your own message, editing AI output, and jobs that do not call AI do not use Flex Credits. Platform support diagnostics are tracked separately and do not spend tenant Flex Credits. Voice calls use the separate Smart Voice Credit bucket.
Are Smart Voice Credits inbound or outbound?
They are one weighted bucket. IVR, AI conversations, softphone time, forwarding fallback, recording, transcription, and AI Coach all draw from Smart Voice Credits.
Do inbound SMS replies count against SMS?
One-way plan SMS is for outbound texts. If you add Dedicated Phone Line + Two-Way SMS, sent and received dedicated-line SMS segments both count toward the add-on SMS bucket.
Is the BJJ Track platform fee on top of Stripe?
Yes. The percentage shown here is the BJJ Track platform fee on processed tuition. The card-fee preview uses Stripe's published standard US online card pricing through our preview API, then adds the selected plan's BJJ Track fee. After a real payment, BJJ Track records Stripe's exact fee from Stripe's balance transaction, and the academy can also see it in Stripe. Review current Stripe pricing.
Can I pass card processing fees to my members instead of absorbing them?
Yes — and it is your call, per gym. In Settings → Billing → Processing Fees you can flip on a passthrough that adds the processing fee to the member's charge. Members see a separate "processing fee" line on checkout, receipts, and the member portal — same way Uber, DoorDash, and your dentist's office handle it. Keep it off and the gym absorbs the fee instead. Either way, the gym keeps 100% of the membership price.
Where is passthrough not allowed?
Several jurisdictions ban surcharging consumer credit cards entirely — the toggle is locked off automatically when your academy is registered there: Connecticut / Massachusetts / Puerto Rico (US), Quebec (Canada), the United Kingdom (Consumer Rights Regs 2012 + PSD2), every EU country (PSD2 Article 62), and Argentina (Resolución 51/2017). In all other supported countries we automatically clamp at the local credit card surcharge cap (applies uniformly to Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex) — 2.4% in Canada, 3% in the US (online and in-person), 4% in Australia / New Zealand.
Which countries do you support?
BJJ Track runs on Stripe Connect, which currently supports 47+ countries for accepting payments. We have explicit support for the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Finland, Greece, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, UAE, and South Africa. Members are charged in your gym's local settlement currency (CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, etc.) so neither you nor your members eat conversion fees on every transaction. BJJ Track's subscription is billed to the gym in USD — Stripe handles the conversion to your card on file.
What currency do members pay in?
Whatever your gym's Stripe Connect account is in. A Canadian gym signs up with a CAD Stripe account, and members are charged in CAD. A UK gym in GBP. A French gym in EUR. The currency follows your country, not ours.
How fast does my gym get paid?
Same speed as Stripe pays any merchant — typically 2 business days for new accounts in the US, dropping to next-business-day after a short onboarding period. Funds land directly in the bank account you connect during Stripe Connect setup. No middlemen, no monthly minimums, no statement fees.
What payment methods do members get at checkout?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, ACH bank transfer, and Cash App Pay where applicable. Stripe automatically shows the methods most likely to convert based on the member's device and location.
How are fraud and chargebacks handled?
